About Us

What Drives Us

With over 30 years consulting and management experience across a wide range of industries (including professional services, education, healthcare, and software development) we've worked with a lot of great businesses. And we've seen many others that could have achieved so much more if they could better harness the passion, talent and great ideas of their staff to consistently achieve their strategic objectives.

We know OKR frameworks can help businesses achieve so much more, and we're passionate about helping them unlock their potential to deliver great results for their customers, staff and communities.

Founder and Principal Consultant

Tony Wilson

Tony's career began at the University of Otago, where he honed his research and consulting skills. In 2000, he moved to Polson Higgs Business Advisors to establish their market research function before go on to lead their Business Consulting Group.

Seeking new challenges, in 2012 Tony ventured out to establish Pellucid Consulting Limited, his own management consulting firm. While maintaining his consulting business, in 2016 Tony went to work for one of his clients in a part time role as the Chief Operating Officer of BPAC NZ Ltd (bpac.org.nz) and the New Zealand Formulary (nzformulary.org). In 2021 Tony left his COO roles so that he could dedicate more time to his consulting projects.

Since 2021 Tony has focussed his efforts on two projects he is passionate about - developing a world class OKR coaching programme (offered through OKR Associates) and overseeing the ongoing development of New Zealand’s SACT Regimen Library (srl.org.nz). Tony considers it a privilege to be able to work each day with people he admires and respects on projects that make a real positive difference to people.

Even after 30 years in consulting, Tony still gets a buzz out of helping his clients and colleagues solve difficult problems and implement organisational improvements.

Outside of work, you might find him (according to his sons, perhaps optimistically) chasing a football, doting on his granddaughters, or taking his old mutt for a walk on the beach.
