We use this to establish where you are on your OKR journey and whether we are a good fit for each other

Implementation planning

When you're ready to move forward with OKRs, our initial planning setting sessions are also free.

Training

from $1500/group

Each group training session involves a face to face full day workshop.

Groups are typically members of a single team involved in setting and achieving a set of OKRs, with a maximum of 12 members

Train the trainer workshops are also priced at $1500/workshop

Hypercare

from $3000

For the first 4 weeks of your first OKR cycle we are available to assist any team members with OKR-related questions and issues. We closely monitor OKR activities in your business and proactively raise any concerns we identify.

Any travel costs are additional.
